Returns and Refund Policy
CoCo Mack DOES NOT accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at info@thecocomack.com. Please indicate the issue with the item and pictures along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process your claim.
Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.
