3. Eyewear

CoCo Mack offers fashion eyewear and may offer optical, blue-light filtering, and prescription-ready frames.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual product description, eyewear purchased directly from CoCo Mack does not include prescription lenses.

“Prescription-ready” means that a frame is designed to accommodate prescription lenses when appropriate. Prescription lenses must be obtained and fitted through a qualified optical provider.

CoCo Mack does not provide medical advice, eye examinations, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other professional eye-care services.

Customers are responsible for consulting an appropriate eye-care professional regarding their individual vision needs.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding the correction or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing your order.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping information provided on our website.

Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside CoCo Mack's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and procedures.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All CoCo Mack sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, fit, or selection of the incorrect style or color.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at coco.1.mack@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Eligible claims will be reviewed by CoCo Mack. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Items should not be returned without prior authorization from CoCo Mack. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, gifts with purchase, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or availability limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

CoCo Mack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the CoCo Mack website, including our brand name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to CoCo Mack unless otherwise stated.
